Zoom [Andrew] Cuomo, a Democrat, said on Thursday that President Obama’s re-election campaign had asked him to travel outside New York as a surrogate for the president in the final weeks of the race. But Mr. Cuomo said that nothing he did on Mr. Obama’s behalf should be viewed as evidence that he was laying the groundwork for a presidential run of his own… hmmm.
